Delivery Locations

Binti Collections Ltd delivers products across Kenya, including major cities such as Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, and their surrounding areas. We also extend our delivery services to regional destinations in East Africa, including Kampala (Uganda), Arusha, and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).

Delivery Timelines

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available within Nairobi County and selected areas in Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos Counties for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders outside Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos counties will be delivered within 24-48 hours, depending on the distance and courier service schedules.
  • Regional Deliveries (East Africa): Orders to Kampala, Arusha, and Dar es Salaam may take 3-5 business days, subject to customs clearance and courier schedules.

An estimated delivery time will be communicated when your order is confirmed. Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and commence from the time your order is dispatched, not the time it is placed. These timelines depend on the approval and processing of your order.

Note: We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees will vary based on the destination, order size, and weight. Applicable charges will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation. Any additional customs or regional duties for East African deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer.
