Personalization Details:

  • Items can be branded with logos, names, initials, dates, symbols, taglines, or other custom designs as requested.
  • For intricate or custom logos, vector-format artwork is required to ensure accuracy.

Personalization on Items Not Purchased from Binti Collections

We also offer branding and personalization services for items not purchased from us, subject to additional charges.


Lead Times for Personalization

  • For most orders, personalized items can be completed and delivered within 1-2 business days. However, complex designs may require additional time.
  • Same-day delivery is available for select items and on request, depending on the order’s complexity and location.

Social Media and Website Sharing

We may photograph and share personalized items on our website and social media platforms to showcase our work. If you do not wish for your branded product to be shared, please notify us at the time of placing your order.


Terms and Conditions for Personalized Items

  1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:
    • Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless it is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  2. Advance Payment Required:
    • Full payment is required upfront for all personalized orders before the branding process begins.
  3. Customer Responsibility for Artwork:
    • For custom designs, the client must provide accurate, high-quality artwork. Any errors in artwork provided by the client will not be the responsibility of Binti Collections Ltd.
