  • Customized products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

a) Delivery Locations

We deliver to the following locations:

  • Kenya: Nationwide delivery, including Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos counties.
  • Uganda: Kampala.
  • Tanzania: Arusha and Dar es Salaam.

b) Delivery Timelines

  • Same-day delivery: Nairobi, parts of Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos counties.
  • 24-48 hours delivery: Outside the mentioned regions, depending on courier schedules.

Note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

c) Delivery Costs

Delivery charges will be communicated upon request, depending on the order size and location.

6. Returns and Refunds

a) Customized Products

  • Customized items (e.g., branded uniforms, towels, umbrellas, jackets) cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly produced.
